Every person who comes to therapy has a unique story.


Unlike therapists who work from a single approach, I am trained in several evidence-based therapies. This allows me to tailor our work together to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit into one particular model.


Together, we will develop an understanding of what is maintaining your difficulties and create a therapeutic approach that feels right for you.


My aim is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you develop the understanding, confidence, and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
