It's okay if...

Many people worry about whether therapy is "for them."

It's okay if:

  • You're nervous about starting therapy
  • You don't know exactly where to begin
  • You find it difficult to talk about your feelings
  • You've been struggling for a long time
  • You've tried therapy before and it wasn't helpful
  • You feel your problems aren't "serious enough"

Therapy is not reserved for people in crisis. Sometimes it simply provides the space we need to understand ourselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
