Is therapy with me right for you?

I often work with people who:

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly "on alert"
  • Struggle with overthinking and self-criticism
  • Experience low mood, depression, or a loss of confidence
  • Have been affected by traumatic or distressing life events
  • Feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to change
  • Are navigating relationship difficulties or life transitions
  • Find it difficult to switch off, relax, or prioritise themselves
  • Feel disconnected from who they used to be
  • Put others' needs before their own and struggle with boundaries

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people come to therapy simply knowing that something doesn't feel quite right and wanting support to understand why.
