Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, discuss what you hope to gain from our work together, and begin to develop an understanding of your experiences.
There is no pressure to share everything immediately.
We work at a pace that feels comfortable, safe, and manageable for you.
My goal is to create an environment where you feel listened to, understood, and supported throughout the process.Over time, therapy can help you become your own therapist, giving you the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate future challenges long after our work together has ended.
All enquiries will be replied to via email- please keep a look out in your junk for any responses
