How many sessions will I need?

As an evidence based therapist I am guided by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommendations for therapy, based on your presenting issues and the severity of what you are experiencing. Recommendations are generally between 8 and 20 sessions of CBT.

However, every case is assessed on a individual basis.


 IPT is a structured therapy of 16 sessions following assessment of suitability for that approach - This is split into assessment, exploration and endings work.
