Major changes in our life such as divorce; loss of role and identity; long term medical conditions and pain or retirement to name a few.

Disputes

Conflict with those we care about can be distressing. Whether you want to maintain the relationship, or find acceptance to move away from what doesn't serve you- disputes can be explored together.

Grief

Although grief is a normal experience that many will go through, complex grief - that which feels stuck or longstanding can have a significant impact on our functioning and mood. We can explore the losses and what this has meant for you.
