Supportive, reflective and collaborative supervision
Whether you are undertaking CBT training, newly qualified, an experienced practitioner, or considering a move into private practice, supervision plays a vital role in supporting both your professional development and the quality of care you provide to your clients.
I offer supervision that balances support, curiosity, challenge, and collaboration. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to bring uncertainty, celebrate successes, explore difficulties openly, and continue developing your confidence and professional identity as a therapist.
With extensive experience providing supervision within both NHS and private settings, I have worked with High Intensity CBT trainees, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced clinicians.
Alongside maintaining fidelity to the evidence base, I place great value on reflective practice, helping therapists think not only about what they do, but why they do it.
Finding the right supervisor is important. A good supervisory relationship should feel supportive, collaborative, and professionally enriching.
If you're looking for supervision that combines clinical expertise with warmth, reflection, and genuine curiosity, I'd be happy to discuss your needs and explore whether we would be a good fit.
Supervision is available online and in person, with CBT supervision provided in line with BABCP guidance and requirements.
